If you want to boost memory then eat your oily fish. Just increase your intake of oily fish like salmon, trout, sardines, herring and mackerel to increase your Vitamin A, D, selenium and Omega 3. Oily fish does this by preventing the formation of plaques.

How are you going to include oily fish in your diet? Don’t think memory problems can’t affect you. As we all grow older we need to boost our memory and to keep it fine tuned for our older years.
