When I looked at this video I identified immediately with how I felt when I first suffered from panic attacks. [...] The best way I can explain the differences is that when you fear something it can lead to anxiety about experiencing again the feared situation or object. [...] Realizing what works for you is very important and everyone reacts differently,so if you aren’t sure about what to try,then do something new and see what benefits you get. [...] When I am really stressed my anxiety will lead me to a panic attack and I will explain to you briefly how that feels to me. [...] You know in yourself when your anxiety has reared its ugly head and sometimes it’s a surprise,and feels like it has come from nowhere,and at other times you know exactly what has triggered it. [...] Many of us are stressed about work and how the economy will affect our jobs. Work stress and anxiety are on the increase and many of us are suffering because of the uncertainty of losing our jobs or losing income because of a cut in hours etc. [...] Eating right,getting proper sleep and learning to relax are all very worthwhile in maintaining a healthy body and mind so that is what I will be doing to achieve that healthier life in 2009. My motto this year will be “DONT STRESS THE SMALL STUFF’. [...] Child anxiety can also carry on into adulthood so dealing with the problems now will mean that this wont carry on through the rest of their life.
