My personal affirmations

These are my personal affirmations that I try to use every day.

Affirmations have been used since we have had language.  Personal affirmations are tools that can help you rewrite negative tapes about yourself and your life and are the easiest way to make positive changes and can help you to manage stress.

I hope you enjoy reading mine.

I am responsible for everything that happens in my life
I am loved
I have everything I need to make me happy
I have enough money to do what I want to do
I travel the world
I respect myself
My body is healthy
I accept who I am
I am strengthened, renewed, healed
I give thanks for living such a good life

Do you use affirmations?  Please share them here.

If you want to write your own affirmations, but don’t know how to start, then there is technology called Affirm Now that can help.  To check them out Click Here!

Hay House also have a great book called DailyOM which are Daily Inspirational Thoughts For A Happy, Healthy, and Fulfilling Day by Madisyn Taylor.  Hay House has a reputation for high integrity and quality products.

Note:  Another article I like is called How to Use Personal Affirmations and I would recommend you read that article from Our Development.com another good site for personal development and the Law of Attraction.

  • Thanks for sharing your affirmations. I like to listen to mind on an iPod. I get the benefit of repetition with my iPod.

Paul I have an iPod and I must add mine to it too. I just never thought to do that. Thanks

When I’m feeling not-so-well, I use the affirmation “I am well” over and over again.. It helps. :)

  • I don’t know if I could use your first one. I have too many issue around choices I’ve made.

  • Pauline

I like that idea Leo and will try it next time and Tina Im glad you like the majority of my affirmations and I accept what I did in the past and am glad Im now in the present lol.

  • Hi there! I love your affirmations. What a great list. Anxiety is such an important topic!

@Paul- did you download them from ipopins.com ? I have those on my desktop.

  • Life is created by 3 things: 1) our thoughts/beliefs/attitude, 2) our words/feelings, and 3) our action. Since we are in control of our thoughts, we are responsible for creating all our experiences, good or bad. Entertain only positive thoughts/affirmations! Speak only positive words! Take positive action! One of my daily affirmation: “If it is to be, it is up to me”

  • What a great list to live by. I will print them out and keep them where i can see them which will be with my mind map i also printed off your site.

    Thanks for a great site.

I have an affirmation by Louise L Hay – I realize that stress in only fear. I now release all fears. Whenever I’m feeling anxious, I remind myself of this.

I really love your affirmation list, It’s such an interesting topic……….will certainly try some of your points.

  • Taken straight from the pages of Louise Hay, though it proved very helpful to me over the last couple of weeks.

I am willing to release the need to be unworthy.
I am worthy of the very best of life and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it.
As I spend a few days doing this affirmation over and over, my outer effect pattern of procrastination will automatically begin to fade.
As I internally create a pattern of self-worth then I no longer have the need to delay my good.

John I am a bit of a procrastinator too, I think because I don’t trust my own judgment enough but with practice it has become easier. Louise Hay has been an inspiration to me over the years and I have many of her books.
